(age 26) is an American soul singer, bassist, songwriter, and producer hailing from Nevada City, California.
Currently manages himself, performs regularly with a number of active groups, as a solo act, and is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, composer, audio engineer, and video director/editor.

Having spent his latter teenage years singing in choirs and playing behind a drum kit, Metroka moved to Los Angeles to study towards a B.M. in Classical Vocal Performance. Two semesters in, he found himself disinterested in schooling and very hungry to perform and learn on his own time. He returned home to pursue a career in culinary arts, and found himself as a resident musician at a local restaurant where he had been employed. With a developing interest in Jazz music, Metroka decided to pick up the bass and learn the art of musical improvisation and communication. This, over time, became his primary focus, and, after developing a strong work ethic and sense of professionalism, he found himself connnecting with a very wide variety of musicians and performers in Northern California. When he got too busy, making music became his full-time job, and, since then, he has continued to push himself to learn, create, and stretch beyond his limits.
